５、配達日数は日本郵便の運営状況および国々現地の税関検査など事情により変わりますので、保証ができないことをご承知くださいますようお願いいたします。

６、ご注文の内容により、一つ注文が複数パッケージに梱包される可能性があります。

７、ご注文が確定されましたら、お客様のご都合により注文の取り消し、返品、交換などはお受けいたしかねます；

送料：

１，ご注文が確定されますと、支払い画面に配送料金が表示されます。

２，配送料金は重さと配達国異なりますので、ご了承ください。

消費税および手数料：

１、海外に直送の場合に日本国内の消費税が免除されます；

２，受取現地に法律に定められている手数料、または税金が発生される場合に、顧客様にご負担くださいますようお願いいたします。

Shipment:

• We use EMS of Japan Post for the shipping to overseas;
• The goods will be shipped within 3 business days after your order has been confirmed;
• Once the shipping process is completed, you will receive the tracking information by e-mail;
• Depending on the contents of your orders, one order may be packed in multiple packages.
• With regret, when your order has been confirmed, due to the nature of the products, we will not be able to accept any cancellations, returns, exchanges, refund etc. at customers' requests;
• When your order is confirmed, the shipping fee will be displayed on the payment screen.

• For shipping to overseas, the consumption tax in Japan is free;
